El Olon de Ilo Beach

It is located north of the city of Ilo, in Moquegua. It is a big wave which can reach heights superior to 20 foot. The wave offers a long wall to the left, with tubular sections. The right has a shorter trajectory. This beach has been discovered recently, it breaks about 500 meters from the shore all year long with medium to large swells. The board sizes recommended are from 8'0'' to 10'0''; this wave might be larger than Pico Alto.
